Local event (100–300 people, 1 day): scoping meeting, timeline, venue & supplier booking (sound, lighting, security), on-site technical coordination, 1 promo visual, artist handling.
Gospel Production 360° Pack
Up to 500 people: everything in Essentials + full budget, volunteer coordination, SACEM/city hall permits, 3 visuals + 1 video teaser, coordination on rehearsal day & event day.
Prestige Pack
Festival or tour (2–5 dates): multi-date coordination, artist & technician fee management, transport & accommodation, event programme, digital campaign, online & on-site ticketing.
Communication & Promotion

02Do you handle SACEM and city hall procedures?
Yes, we take care of all administrative permits (city hall declaration, SACEM, security) through to approval.
03Can you provide just one service?
Yes, our à la carte services (ticketing, communication, technical rider, on-site coordinator) are available independently.
04Do you work outside France?
Yes, we coordinate events in DRC, Congo-Brazzaville and other African countries, as well as in Europe.
